I honestly don't have any negative things to say about this dealership. This is where I purchased my vehicle and where I take it to get serviced. I always prefer to work with Eduardo Gomez in the service department. I'm sure the other advisors are great, but I have grown very comfortable with Mr. Gomez only. I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted right away. My service advisor, Eduardo, was very helpful and thorough. I was out in about an hour. Upon checkout, I received a copy of the list of everything the technicians checked. There was no cost, as the repair was still covered under warranty. I will definitely return to Palmetto 57 for future service to my VW!

The wait time for getting the car serviced was long: my appointment was at 8:30 a.m., but I was not taken care of until 9:30 a.m. I recommend that additional personnel be scheduled for early Saturday mornings to expedite the process. After that, everything ran smoothly. The waiting room and overall atmosphere were great.

The vehicle was taken to Rick Case Volkswagen. The found the problem and repaired it under warranty.

I am always treated great when I have service. The valet is great! Jose is awesome. My only concern is that I took my car in because all the lights came on. When I was leaving I noticed the engine light was still on. I had not left the service area, and I was charged an extra labor for the engine light. To be honest did not sit well with me.
