This dealership has a great inventory and incredible pricing on their cars. On this specific vehicle the vehicle was in mint condition and they took their time to detail properly. No hassle pricing, it was a great experience i highly recommend Jorge Lopez (GM) and his sales managers Antonio Cantu, Fermin and Arturo as they all made the buying process smooth.

This is my second year doing service with José Bringas. He provided excellent customer service during my scheduled maintenance. Very professional, organized, and kept me informed throughout the visit. I appreciated that he was upfront about the fact that diagnosing a new rattling noise would require a separate appointment with enough time for the technician to properly evaluate it, rather than rushing the inspection. Overall, a smooth and positive service experience. Highly recommend!

I’m giving 4 stars because my car was only fixed on the second visit. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved the first time, and then I didn’t have time to come back for several months. I also had to wait quite a while for a loaner car.
That being said, I want to give a special thank you to Eduardo. He was professional, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the process. Once my car was back in the shop, everything was handled quickly, and the repair was completed within about a week.

Charged me for a read brake pad replacement at 29k miles when it was covered under warranty up to 24k miles. It was missed on the 20k miles service. Dealer knew exactly what it was doing, scammers.

I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted right away. My service advisor, Eduardo, was very helpful and thorough. I was out in about an hour. Upon checkout, I received a copy of the list of everything the technicians checked. There was no cost, as the repair was still covered under warranty. I will definitely return to Palmetto 57 for future service to my VW!
