You can make one-time payments, ask for a payoff quote and more! Automatic Payments Volkswagen Credit will make sure your payment is made each month. Enroll in VW's Automatic Payment Plan and your monthly payment will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account each month. You can enroll or cancel this service at any time by accessing your account online at http://www.vwcredit.com/myaccount Payment By Phone Call Volkswagen Credit's Interactive Voice Response system at (800) 428-4034 24 hours a day to access this feature. Select option #2 from the main menu to begin. This convenient automated tool allows you to make a monthly payment over the phone. Have a check ready for reference-you will be asked to provide your Bank Routing Number and Checking Account Number. Payment By Mail Send monthly payments, property tax, late charges, sales tax and extra payments to the address listed below or see the front of your billing statement for your designated payment address. For final payments, please call (800) 428-4034 (8:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday).
